We currently offer delivery across Egypt.

Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the delivery location.
You will receive your order through our delivery partner, and our team may contact you to confirm your order before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Izira Studio pieces. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re happy to help.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging attached.
Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
The customer is responsible for the return/exchange shipping fee, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is unavailable, our team will contact you to discuss the available options.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the next steps.

Important Note

For hygiene and quality reasons, returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
